The Jerky was very good. Not too dry with lots of flavor. I went through the whole bag pretty quickly. Great snack.

Fact is, the jerky is excellent, BUT, your use of hydrolyzed vegetable protein is not my friend. That crap quite honestly gives me The Green Apple Dirty’s.

Do you have any products without that among the ingredients?

Let me know please.

I bought it to take to my ships reunion in October. Nothing better than a bunch of old Sailors sitting around drinking, telling stories and eating Cattlemans Cut Beef Jerky and Smoked Sausage sticks but I gave some of each to my Stepson. Sausage, Original,Peppered and Teriyaki Beef Jerky. My Stepson likes the Peppered Jerky and the Hunters Sausage but my granddaughter takes the Original Beef Jerky in her lunch for school!!! I have to wait awhile before I can enjoy it due to dental surgery but when I'm done with that I'll be ordering more. My son, daughter in law and my granddaughter really enjoyed it when were here visiting me in Florida. They were from Maine.
